Returns and Exchanges

Goods may only be returned to Lesina Pty Ltd subject to the conditions as follows:
Returns will not be considered unless written authorisation or an authorizing email has been issued from Lesina Pty Ltd.
Yes we do accept returns and exchanges but this service does depend on the following terms.

  • Garments must be turned within 5 days of receiving them and sent to the warehouse with copies of original delivery documents.
  • Garments cannot be returned due to change of mind, they can only be returned for exchange due to fault or incorrect garment sent.
  • Garments must have the tags still on them and in the packaging which you received them and folded exactly the same, so that we can return them to our manufacturers.
  • Exchanges only applies to unbranded garments – once a garment has been embroidered or printed, it cannot be returned as a faulty garment. It is the responsibility of the branding company or the purchaser to check the quality of garments before branding. By branding the garments, you have accepted the garment to be without fault. Should you instruct us to ship the garments direct to your chosen embroidery or printing company, Lesina Pty Ltd will not be responsible for garments sent once dispatched from our warehouse.
  • A $15 restacking and administration fee will be charged on all garments being returned for exchange.  This is to cover the charges placed upon us by our manufacturers when we return goods to them as well as freight and handling costs and staff labour costs involved with providing this service.
  • We only accept exchanges for the same style garment but required in a different size.
  • We have the sole right accept or refuse returned garments if they are not in a resellable condition, or have exceeded the return time frame.
  • Should you instruct us to ship the garments direct to your chosen branding company, Lesina Pty Ltd will not be responsible for garments sent once dispatched from our warehouse.

We only permit the return of a Brand New Garment should it be deemed faulty or is not as described on the website. By law, we accept the garments back according to the following three points.

  1. If a supplied garment be deemed to be faulty.  Please note that we will only replace that item for an exact replacement or we will repair it.
  2. If a supplied garment not be as described on our website, we will only exchange for the correct garment.
  3. Garment must be returned for us to assess within 5 days of the customer having received the item.
